Returns and Exchange Policy

  • You have 10 days from delivery to return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all labels attached and returned in the original jacket bag.
  • No stains, pet hair, or missing tags otherwise, we may refuse the return.
  • Return/Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • To start a return or exchange, contact customer service. 
  • When a customer sends us a request for return or exchange via email or message, we respond with the necessary instructions. If the customer does not reply to our email or message within 5 days — even after multiple follow-ups — we reserve the right to cancel their return or exchange request
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

Important for “Buy One, Get One Free” Offers

If a customer places an order under our Buy One, Get One Free offer but only adds one product to the cart and completes checkout for that single item, we will only ship the product that was added and paid for. The second (free) product will not be shipped automatically.

If this happens, the customer must contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order to request the second item.
After 24 hours, we will be unable to make any changes or send the missing (second) product.

Please make sure to add both products to your cart during checkout to qualify for the offer.

Return & Exchange Shipping Guidelines

Before sending any item for return or exchange, customers must contact our Customer Support Team and inform us whether the item will be shipped in a poly bag or box. Based on the packaging information provided, we will issue the appropriate return or exchange shipping label.

Please note that all return and exchange shipping labels are generated according to the approved packaging type, dimensions, and weight. If an item is returned using packaging, dimensions, or weight that differ from those approved by our team, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or unapproved packaging, dimensions, or weight will be the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure a smooth and timely return or exchange process, customers must confirm all shipping details with our support team before dispatching the package and must ship the item strictly in accordance with the approved packaging type, dimensions, and weight.
