My order took exactly 7 days. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived the following Monday. I immediately fell in love with the product. The fit was spot on and the color matched my helmet perfectly..So far I am extremely pleased with the quality and the design…I love that even though the jacket is mainly black, I can still be easily seen at night, because of the reflective colors. This jacket makes me feel safe and protected and for that, I am grateful.

I received the wrong jacket in the mail two weeks ago. The company still has not done anything about it to rectify the problem or to contact me back about shipping the right size and giving me a return label for the wrong size jacket.
