Returns and Exchange Shipping Label 

The customer is accountable for covering the costs associated with the shipping label for returns and exchanges unless GPI MOTO is at fault for sending the incorrect item.

For Domestic:

We will promptly provide you with a return shipping label upon receipt of the shipping cost payment. Additionally, once the shipping invoice is paid, we will quickly Email the shipping label to you. In the case of an exchange, please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both returning the item and sending the exchanged item back to you.

For international:

The customer is responsible for providing shipping labels for both returns and exchanges. Please ensure that the labels are addressed and sent to the following locations:

Kindly be advised:
Please ensure returns/exchange are made within 10 days to avoid rejection at our facility
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, if applicable.
For exchanges, an automatic refund will be issued within 1-3 business days if an item is out of stock. 
GPI Moto suggests that customers sending packages to us return them with a method they can track. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages during transit.
If merchandise is damaged, used, or if the order is over $250.00 a restocking fee will be applied of 25%.
